All participants experienced daily five-minute exercises for over a month. The researchers tracked and monitored participants’ mood, anxiety, and physiological arousal (respiratory rate, heart rate, and HRV).
They found support for their prediction: Cyclic sighing led to the greatest amount of mood improvements, stress reduction, and one form of physiological arousal.

How to do it
