In order to clear your mind you need to ‘become present’. By focusing on the present moment, your mind doesn’t get distracted by things you need to do that keep entering your mind, or worries about things that might go wrong in the future or things you did in the past that bother you. Instead, you focus all your attention on the present and this makes your mind clear and focused.
Steve Jobs famously used this technique and attributed much of his success to it.
To become present, slowly read the below statements (in your head) and do exactly as instructed. Do this every single day. In time you’ll start to naturally think like this. And this is the key to being able to clear your mind instantly at any time and work or do sport and ultimate efficiency.
Just remember: it’s all about being present in this moment. Not the past. Not the present. Now.

To become present and clear your mind, start by slowly reading these statements in your head.
